This is where I was last night - the MET opera! Our dear friend Juliette, who works at the MET, gifted us with wonderful seats to Figaro. I thought it was awesome, albeit long. During intermission, Juliette took us backstage, which was maybe as incredible as the opera itself. Thank you, Juliette, for this true New York experience. Aside from the prostitution stuff, the red gown, the diamonds, the white gloves and the Richard Gere, i felt just like Julia Roberts in one of my all time favorites, the cinematic masterpiece, Pretty Woman.
