it has been a week since my last post!

Shame on me.

My lack of posting is a direct result of actually being very busy at work. All of a sudden, the fire is under my tush and i've got a ton to do, it's about a time! We'll see how long it lasts but i am much more content when i'm actually working in the workplace - though i do miss having the time to micromanage my strange little thoughts here on this blog.

Though i had intended to post my writing assignments (from my online class) here, i've found that i've been digging deeper, which is good for my writing but it also means that what i'm turning out may be just slightly too personal to post on the world wide webs. Fear not, for when my book is published and the new york times touts it as a must read, you will have the chance to see just how loco i am.

Did i mention that i'm not at work now? i most certainly am not. Ergo the blogging. Before work became work, i had planned to take of this entire last week. Due to unforeseen circumstances and the fact that i was indeed needed at work, i decided to take only today and tomorrow off. So here i sit in connecticut, after a 5 mile run (woot) with the sweet aroma of libby's wet fur (it's raining) lingering in the air. Such joy.

I'm off to eat bacon with the pops.
