We have something called "the quiet room" at work. It 's just a tiny room with a leather lounge chair and it's supposed to be used for private phone calls, jet lagged staff members or anyone who needs a little rest instead of taking off for the day if you're having a wave of "i'm not feeling so good."
I had one of these waves at about 3pm so i went into the room, kept the lights off and slept for 30 mins. I didn't really mean to but then again, what did i expect when i decided to recline in the dark at my usual nap time? Anyways, i woke up feeling all out of sorts and groggy. I don't so much recommend napping during the work day.
