People on the subway this morning were ruthless. I don't know what it is - the humidity? the impending Friday? Elbows were being shoved into backs, toes were being stepped on and people were grunting with frustration and disgust with one another. I tell you, it's hard not to feel like an animal when shoved in a pen with bucking hipsters who haven't had their first coffee yet.
