Considering I'm a self-admitted gym junkie, it may be hard to believe that just yesterday I took my first spinning class. But it's true. I had been wanting to take a class for awhile but fear of the unknown had kept me away. Finally, I went for it. The teacher was super helpful from the start, explaining all the spin terminology that I would need to know and adjusting my bike to ensure that I would get the optimum work out. The class was challenging right away and I really worked hard to keep up. Though I sputtered through, I was proud of myself for seeing it through. I had thought I was in good shape but now it's questionable. When I was done with the class my legs felt like jelly and now, I'm sore in places that have never known sore.
That must be good, right?
