Re: pancakes and bacon wrap…. When I was growing up I loved Kosher bologna that we got from a real deli… but I HATED bologna sandwiches, never liked bologna and bread, so I would take each slice of bologna and place Wise potato chips inside the bologna and I guess I started the entire Wrap craze ( but didn’t know it)… I did not do this with salami, ham, or anything else, except bologna…. Which I haven’t had in about 50 years now……
