My roomate got me this glorious baking device for my birthday. Last week, we made pumpkin cake in the pumpkin pan -- can you believe it?! See, what you do is you make the top and the bottom of the pumpkin and then you glue the goodness together with more goodness, cream cheese icing, or whatever else you may fancy. Also exciting: for non-pumpkin appropriate occasions, half the pumpkin looks an awful lot like a mini-bundt cake and y'all know how much I love me bundts.

My roomate got me this glorious baking device for my birthday. Last week, we made pumpkin cake in the pumpkin pan -- can you believe it?!
