Why can't we all just get along? oh, that's why.

Let me set the scene: Yesterday, I'm in my boss' office, having a meeting with two colleagues. Due to the cold weather conditions in New York, I was outfitted in a beautiful turquoise patterned scarf that I had wrapped around my neck to combat the August chill. She's mid-way through some sentence, southern drawl in full force, line of drool down her chin, crotchety fingers in the air, when she comes to a sudden halt, her bug eyes fixed on me and wails: "You look like an A-rab!" Yes, she said it like that "Ay-raab." You can imagine my shock; I knew she was racist but i didn't know she was anti-Semitic too. I said: "Don't you think that's a little un-PC?" to which she said "Yes but I can't stand to look at you that way." Which way would that be?
I let my chin sink further into my scarf, I was just cold. I guess she doesn't like Eskimos either.
